Since his time in Philadelphia, Chip Kelly has said time and time again that he doesn't plan on the Eagles resembling his old Oregon teams in any way.

Well, looks like things have changed.

On a day that only seems right, Valentines Day, Chip Kelly and the Philadelphia Eagles signed QB Dennis Dixon to a 2-year deal.

That's right! The Eagles will sign a Super Bowl winning quarterback to take over the reigns in the city of brotherly love!

Well-- Not too fast.

Dixon spent the last two years of his NFL career on the Baltimore Ravens practice squad, including there 2012 dream like run into the Super Bowl.

Before entering the NFL in 2007, Dixon had quite the collegiate career.

Before he tore his ACL late in his senior season, with Kelly at the helm in Oregon, Dixon had 2,136 yards passing to go along with 20 touchdowns and just four interceptions. Dixon also had 583 yards rushing on 105 attempts.

Thought he hasn't yet produced in the NFL, what can we expect to see in Philadelphia with Dixon officially a Philadelphia Eagle?
