The Ducks unleased their blitzkreig offense on the Tennessee Tech Golden Eagles as they get one final tune up before they host a hot Arizona Wildcat team next week.

THE GOOD

Hmm, where should we start.  How bout the Ducks high octane offense is a well oiled machine to the fine tune of 652 yards of total offense.

The Ducks rushed for 324 yards and redshirt freshman quarterback Marcus Mariota threw for 308 yards and four touchdowns.  De'Anthony Thomas or "The Black Mamba" had 222 all-purpose yards on 10 touches.  Needless to say, his day was over early.

The only bright spot for the Golden Eagles was former Tennessee Volunteer Da'Rick Rogers who scored the first touchdown of the game taking a short pass 23 yards to the house.

THE BAD

Let's see, it's hard to find something bad when your offense is on a roll like that, but the Ducks did have 12 penalities for 105 yards.  The Ducks coaching staff has to find something negative from the game film and there will be plenty of yelling at the players for committing 12 penalities.

With PAC-12 play starting next week against the Arizona Wildcats, the Ducks need to be sharp if they want to repeat as PAC-12 champs.

THE UGLY

How about Tennessee Tech defense giving up nearly 700 yards in total offense whily only gaining 177 yards on offense with 62 of that total coming from the air.  We know this was a payday game for the Golden Eagles and it had to be pretty cool to play in Autzen Stadium, but giving up 700 yards in total offense is downright offensive.  Also, Tennessee Tech was an abysmall 1 for 17 on third down conversions.  Clearly that will not get it done against anybody.
