The Buccaneers boast one of the more dominant defenses in the National Football League, and have some young offensive weapons to build around. Running back Doug Martin will be back healthy and theoretically productive next season, while young quarterback Mike Glennon hopes to improve on his mediocre 2013.
While coaching may be the problem, the Buccaneers cannot draft a new head coach in this draft. Instead, they will look towards young offensive and defensive standouts, and focus bolstering their defense in particular. Having a top five pick can really bring the Buccaneers, and hpefully a new head coach, right back into the NFC South race.
