After shocking the world Week 1 in an upset victory over the Washington Redskins, the Philadelphia Eagles have come crashing back down to Earth en route to three consecutive losses.

The blame for the team's woes can't be placed on one player or unit, but should rightfully fall on the shoulders of head coach Chip Kelly.

A lot of the team's problems have been attributed to the players that Kelly brought in since he was hired. But of course, a handful of the Andy Reid leftovers are still causing problems for the Birds.

The season is only a quarter of the way over, and thanks to a weak division, the Eagles still stand a chance at coming out on top in the NFC East.

It won't be easy, but as long as Kelly follows this step-by-step guide, his Eagles will find continued success this year.
