Those are Michael Vick's disappointing stats, less than one year after he called his Eagles team a 'dynasty'.

There is no doubt Vick is an incredible athlete, it just seems that 2012 was a mess for the entire Eagles organization, not just Vick.

Though it's easy to place the blame of a under-acheiving season on one man, it was a team effort to only win four games on the year. From offensive line woes to the defense not being able to get off the field, the Eagles were nothing short of a disaster.

Ex-head coach Andy Reid has already taken the blame for the season, and lost his job in doing so. Vick is the next obvious scapegoat, and it looks like there isn't a way that MV7 stays in Philadelphia.
