Just one win in six and three defeats on the spin means that the postseason can't come quickly enough for some Raiders fans.
Kansas City ended their three-game losing streak with a big win in Washington and Andy Reid's Chiefs will want to continue with the with another win in Week 15.
Alex Smith has thrown for 2,873 yards and has every chance of reaching the season milestone of 3,000 yards. Jamaal Charles has tormented defenses since Week 1. Despite rushing for 1,162 yards he has only had three 100-yard games in the 2013 season.
Justin Houstin and Tamba Hali have both been a signal callers nightmare this year, they both have 11 sacks each.
Marcel Reece stepped up to the plate last week for the Raiders and he will be looking to build on that performance against the Chiefs.
Oakland is ranked fourth in the NFL against the rush and they are going to need another big performance against their AFC West rivals.
Here are my three bold predictions.
Jamaal Charles is going to put his stamp on the game
151 yards is the seasonal best for Charles but this week he will eclipse that with a 200-yard rushing game.
The Chiefs' defense means business
Kansas City sacked Terrelle Pryor 10 times during the 24-7 win at the Arrowhead Stadium. On Sunday the Chiefs will match that total and get to the Raiders' quarterback at least 10 times.
Oakland will suffer another big loss
The Eagles scored 49 points against the Raiders. The Cheifs will better that points tally come Sunday.
This could be another miserable day for Oakland. Head coach Allen will no doubt use the draft wiseley in order to address the weaknesses on the Oakland roster and attempt to restore some pride into the franchise.
Reid will be trying to keep his Chiefs focused on this game as opposed to the playoffs, it has been a good season so far but they are not over the line yet.
