We are taught that history repeats itself. Well that might not be true all the time.

The NFL is a league that continues to evolve while time passes. There are certain aspects of the game that we will continue to see no matter what era it is. Great players, horrible players, exciting plays, drama, and upsets are just a few things we see every generation.

There was a time when we could legitimately say there would never be a another Bo Jackson. Now we have Bo Jackson playing tight end for the San Francisco 49ers and Bo Jackson playing wide receiver for the Detroit Lions. We even thought it would be impossible for a running back to rush for 2000 yards in this "All we do is pass, pass, pass no matter what" league today but Adrian Peterson has proved us wrong.

So you ask so why the title then.

Well of course there are five things that will never happen again. This not talking about a 99 yard touchdown run or immaculate reception. This is proof that the game has evolved or the commissioner is playing politics (there's a hint).

Let's get to it.....
