Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid should get win the NFL's Coach of the Year for 2013. You have to get him credit for turning a 2-14 team into a playoff team in his first year.

If the Oakland Raiders need such a reversal from 2014 their back-to-back 4-12 seasons. If they do, it's going to take the type of effort that wins GM Reggie McKenzie Executive of the Year.

He now has to make the best of having a full complement of draft picks and $70 million in cap room. That means acquiring talent that fits and or knows his Raiders' scheme and such players are available this offseason.

If Mckenzie does, the Raiders could be contenders and McKenzie gets his award.
