Chip Kelly hasn't even coached a game yet in Philadelphia, but he keeps making headlines day after day. That would be because he has seemingly re-shaped the Eagles defense in just a matter of days.

From letting big names walk, to signing unknown players, Kelly is looking to take the NFL by storm in 2013!

Hold the phone Eagles fans, this isn't the first time the staff in Philadelphia has brought in big names with the hopes of taking them to the next level (2011 Dream Team).

The Eagles broke the bank in 2011 in order to bring in big names such as Nnamdi Asomugha, Cullen Jenkins and even Jason Babin.

This year however, they've managed to get some serious talent; but cheaper, far cheaper.

Is that a good thing though? Did Kelly make the right move by letting multiple big names go, only to bring in players of a "lower" tier level?
