Chip Kelly's first pick in his NFL career, Lane Johnson, a predictable but great choice.

His second pick, was tight end Zach Ertz who he was able to get in the second round, surely a steal.

With his third pick, he got another steal, LSU's premiere defensive tackle Bennie Logan.

With his fourth pick however, Chip made a move that shocked everyone from analyst to fan.

After trading picks with the Jaguars, NFL Draft Guru Mike Mayock was positive who they made the move for. "I have to imagine Arizona's Matt Scott, he fits into Kelly's scheme perfectly, despite having some accuracy issues. He will be a great first project for Chip."


With the 98th pick in the 2013 NFL Draft, the Philadelphia Eagles select QB Matt Barkely, USC.
