After one of the most memorable regular seasons in recent memory, the 49ers have finally made it to the Super Bowl for the first time since 1995.

John Harbaugh has only been the head honcho in San Francisco for two seasons, but he's already made back-to-back NFC Championship appearances, and is heading to his first Super Bowl this Sunday.

Harbaugh was lucky to be surrounded by a lot of talent when he first arrived in San Fran, and he's done a good job so far in the draft and free-agency.

While the 49ers may be hoisting the Lombardi come Sunday night, it will be their last time together as a team. Some of their biggest players are set to become free-agents, while one big name wants out of 'Cisco ASAP.

Let's see five big names who won't be back in SF next season.

It's Jim Harbaugh not John being the head honcho in San Francisco.
