The Jacksonville Jaguars have only 10 sacks so far this season, which is absolutely atrocious considering individual players have more than that, let alone a whole entire team.
While the popular fan pick would be to either go with Matt Barkley from USC or Geno Smith from West Virginia, the Jaguars intend to see their first round rookie Blaine Gabbert through, until they no longer can afford to.
Jeremy Mincey and Austen Lane have failed to perform as starters, and rookie Andre Branch has yet to show up in big games. Mingo is a freak athlete, who can bring a much needed spark to a bland defense in Jacksonville.

While the 2013 NFL Draft class may seem lackluster compared to previous draft classes, make no mistake about it, there are unique play-makers all across the board.
This draft order is based on the current league standings, with the Jacksonville Jaguars holding the number one overall pick, while the Houston Texans have the final 32nd pick in this mock draft.
Even though the 2013 NCAA season has not hit the books, it is never quite to early to look at the future of the NFL, and who will hoist your team's jersey on draft day.
Welcome to this 2nd-Round 2013 NFL Mock Draft.
