Oakland Raiders G.M. Reggie McKenzie has done it again!

He's come up with another hungry, talented, no-name defensive player that's going to help this Raiders defense immensely. He's done it by picking up 2011 third-round draft pick Martez Wilson off waivers from the New Orleans Saints.

Before you say, "So, who's that?" you have to just trust McKenzie on this one. He hasn't done much for the offense but look at how he has improved the defense with nine new starters.

Who knew Pat Sims before he came and improved the Raiders run-defense?

Who knew middle linebacker Nick Roach before he did the same and became the quarterback of the defense?

Kevin Burnett is looking like a Raiders' defensive M.V.P. candidate so far and who saw that coming?

They all came over as hungry free agents with ability and something to prove.

Start the slideshow to see why Wilson fits that bill and just might put the Raiders defense over the top.
