The Buffalo Bills have not made the playoffs since 1999 when they lost to the Titans in the “Music City Miracle”, and it’s been two decades since the Bills dominated the AFC. The Bills come into 2013 with their sixth head coach in 16 years, with the hiring of Doug Marrone from Syracuse University. Coach Marrone has an extensive resume in both college football and the NFL. 

The Bills have not had a winning season since they went 9-7 in 2004. With the right pieces, and a weak AFC East, there is a good chance Bills could make it to the playoffs as a Wild Card team in 2013.

These are three New Year's resolutions that the Bills should have for the 2013 season.
