The '72 Dolphins. Almost the '07 Patriots. Perfection is, and will always be, a headline in the sports world, due to its rarity.
For the Atlanta Falcons, currently 8-0, perfection remains an option.

But nothing is guaranteed. Last season, the 13-0 Green Bay Packers got clipped by the 5-8 Kansas City Chiefs, when freshly-interim coach Romeo Crennel neutralized Aaron Rodgers to, well, perfection.

It's true that many of Atlanta's remaining opponents are middling, average, and sometimes downright bad teams.

But nothing is a cake walk, and if Atlanta truly wants perfection (they'd be just as happy with 9-7 and the Lombardi Trophy), they need to navigate carefully and execute properly, just as they have in their first eight games.

Here's a look at what lies ahead for the Falcons.
