The Former Big East has made some changes in 2013. After raiding Conference USA, the new American Athletic Conference was born.
The AAC lost Boise State and San Diego State who both decided that staying in the Mountain West Conference was a better choice for both schools. Also, with Pitt and Syracuse leaving for the ACC the domino effects of re-alignment are in full force.
Look for Louisville to dominate once again before it bolts for the ACC in 2014 and look for Charlie Strong to be in Louisville for years to come.
With newcomers like Central Florida, Houston, SMU and Memphis the competition will be about the same in 2013.
