5. Chip Kelly's Coaching Staff

As if Chip Kelly isn't enough, the staff he is bringing along with him to the Eagles will provide an instant spark.
Billy Davis has recently been hired as the new defensive coordinator, though his past as a defensive coordinator wasn't so pretty -- he didn't exactly have too much to work with -- not the case in Philly.
Ex-Browns coach Pat Shurmur will be leading the offense, and with Kelly being the offensive guru he is, I can't imagine what this offense will look like by September.
NFL.com's Marc Sessler was sure to not let one name slip by.
It was most surprisingly, and curiously, the addition of Shaun Huls as the strength and conditioning and "sports science coordinator" tasked with heading up an alternative training program for the Eagles partly based on his experience training Navy SEALs.
Huls previously was the strength, conditioning and "combative" coordinator for Navy Special Warfare, per USA Today.
"Kelly is believed to be the first in the NFL to hire someone in this capacity, a move likely inspired by his previous experience with Navy SEAL training." wrote Sessler.
"Kelly put his players at Oregon through a regimen known as 'Judgement Day' back in 2010, and we expect the Eagles to get a taste of the same this spring."
Maybe the most eye-catching title in Football Nation history.
After a 4-12 season, the Eagles would be hard-pressed to make it to the Playoffs in 2013, much less the Super Bowl.
The day after the 2012 regular season ended, CEO Jeffrey Lurie sent Andy Reid on his way so he could bring some fresh coaching talent in to Philly.
After a month of a dozen-plus interviews, the Eagles landed their man, Chip Kelly.
With an early draft pick, a talented team and a new coach, the Eagles stand a chance in 2013-14.
I know it doesn't sound in the realm of possibility yet, but here are five reasons the Eagles can scrape and claw their way all the way from 4-12 to the Super Bowl.

I like the higher scores and speed is paramount these days.
Overall it's good for the game, fatboys may be the main casualties, especially if.the field gets widened.
I also think Chip is a college coach and will fail in the pros.
I think Chip will adapt well, and will utilize McCoy and Brown. I can agree with Vick.. But who knows, if Kelly's system works= Vick succeeds
