The Jacksonville Jaguars are a mess and it is hard to pinpoint why. They aren't a terrible team, although their 2-14 record seems to indicate otherwise. 

Their quarterbacks aren't horrible. Their offensive line is in need of assistance. And they need to find a way to keep their players healthy. 

Wow, maybe pinpointing isn't so hard after all.

Now with a new GM and a new head coach the Jaguars need to redo something other than the logo.  And there is no better place to start than with free agency.

The Jaguars are approximately $20 million under the cap. So where do they start?

They have professed confidence in their quarterbacks, so we will leave that position alone. But here are five other areas they should be looking when free agency opens up.
