As the 2013 NFL offseason begins, the Cleveland Browns are in the enviable position of being one of the few teams with plenty of room under the salary cap. As a matter of fact, they are second in the NFL only to Cincinnati in terms of cap room.

And while new owner Jimmy Haslam III has publicly stated that the team won't be 'big spenders' during this free agency period, there is certainly no reason to believe the Browns couldn't make a splash with at least one acquisition.
