Purposely, Jadeveon Clowney is being left off this list. After his workouts and his Combine performance, we all know what a superstaud this guy is and the idea of anyone else being the top pick in this draft is simply crazy.
With the first pivk in the 2014 NFL Draft, the Houston Texans select ...
All kidding aside, this is a draft of great depth - but superstars may be hard to come by. The radar on quarterbacks is waning - where some see former thought to be first overall selection Teddy Bridgewater of Louisville pulling an Aaron Rodgers and slipping to the back quarter of the first round. No running backs will hear thier name called on Day 1, but plenty will feel the pride on Day 2.
There will be a run on wide receivers - where six could be drafted in the first round and on offensive linemen. It's never too early to snag a tackle and never too late - and you never have too many offensive linemen to work with.
For now, these five names are the players who are moving up scouting boards and mock drafts and the ones who will be talked about for the next four weeks.
