1. WR Marquise Goodwin, Buffalo Bills - Although EJ Manuel is what all the talk is about in Buffalo when it comes to the rookies he may not be the one to make the biggest impact on the Bills' roster in his rookie season.
Goodwin though, on the other hand, has great speed and can make plays when he gets his hand on the ball.
If Manuel ends up being the starter then Goodwin might be in the position to help Manuel make it look a little easier with his play-making ability.
2. FS Phillip Thomas, Washington Redskins - The Redskins are in need of a safety after they lost there best safety to another team via free agency and Thomas might just be that surprise player that steps up and makes it happen.
Even though he did not post a great 40 time which hurt his stock you can't replace a play-maker and that's what Thomas is, he led the NCAA in interceptions in 2012 with 8 and has a nice frame to be able to step up and be productive in helping stop the run.
3. TE Travis Kelce, Kansas City Chiefs - Kelce has already surprised the Chiefs' organization by showing them his athletic ability to catch the ball and make a play after the catch. The 6'4", 255-pounder out of Cincinnati is expected to compete for starting reps against Moeaki, and Fasano.
4. LB Sio Moore, Oakland Raiders - Moore, who is an explosive player coming out of Connecticut, finished 2nd on his team with 8 sacks, and lead the way with 15 tackles for a loss. He is a great athlete at 6'1", 245 pounds, who is sure to make an impact right away on a very poor Oakland Raiders team.
5.LB Ty Powell, Seattle Seahawks - Powell, who finished his senior season at Division II Harding University, is a very explosive player who I believe will make an impact right away. He is an athletic linebacker who finished lead his team with 8.5 sacks his senior season.
He was projected to go in the 5th round but dropped all the way to the 7th round to the Seahawks in what I consider to be a steal. He has good speed that will help him continue to get to the quarterback in the NFL and be able to chase those RBs down.
